Timings
10 AM to 8 PM
While booking tickets, you will be required to pick a specific time slot on the date you wish to visit.
The Bubble Planet experience takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete. However, the duration is flexible, as you are welcome to stay as long as you want in each room before moving on to the next.
The venue operates on a one-way system, so be sure to make the most of each area before progressing.
It is recommended that you arrive punctually within your booked time slot. If you arrive late, your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space available in a subsequent time slot.

Accessibility
The Bubble Planet venue is wheelchair accessible. However, some areas have stairs which may limit full accessibility.
Please note the following limitations:
The Bubble Bath room has stairs to get into the swimming pool.
The Bubble Ocean room requires stairs to enter.
The Selfie Zone has a swing and a duck bathtub that may present access challenges.
The experience is primarily visual with informative signage, making it accessible for deaf people.
Strollers (prams) are not permitted in the exhibition area, but a special area in the foyer is available to leave them at your own risk during your visit.
Facilities
Food and Beverage: Food and drinks are available for purchase in the foyer. Outside food and beverage are prohibited.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available on site.
Seating: Chairs are available, and you can be seated during the experience/exhibition.
Lockers: There is no cloakroom on site, but lockers are available for a fee of €1.
