Bubble Planet Berlin – Ticket Info

Purchase: You can buy a ticket at the exhibition box office on-site, though availability of immediate time slots cannot be guaranteed. Booking your tickets online is highly recommended to guarantee your desired time slot.

Ticket types: This website currently offers a General Admission ticket to the experience, which grants you access to all the rooms and experiences, with an add-on option available onsite for VR experience access.

Carer Tickets: People with disabilities pay the reduced price, and the accompanying person is entitled to free admission. One free admission for a carer can be booked in conjunction with a severely disabled ticket, with ID cards checked at the entrance.

Public Transport is Recommended: As there is no parking available at Arena Berlin, please use public transport.

Train (S-Bahn): Use lines S41, S42, S9, S8, S85.

The experience takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Photos/Recording: Feel free to take photos and share them, but professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, drugs, sharp objects, and outside food & beverage are prohibited in the exhibition.

Pets: This event is not pet-friendly; however, you may bring an assistance dog with appropriate proof.

Latex Allergy: There are a couple of rooms with latex production elements, but only one room involves direct contact with latex. Please make staff aware of your allergy upon arrival.

Strobe Lights: The experience contains strobe lights. If strobe lights affect you, please let staff know upon arrival.

Dress Code: There is no specific dress code for the experience, but socks are mandatory at the Bubble Bath area.

Printing Tickets: Printing ticket is not needed. An e-ticket on your phone will suffice.

The Selfie Zone has a swing and a duck bathtub that may present access challenges.

Strollers (prams) are not permitted in the exhibition area, but a special area in the foyer is available to leave them at your own risk during your visit.
